Thursday, November 13, 2007:
Grammar- Subject Verb Agreement Continued
Indefinite Pronouns, Compound Subjects, and Delayed Subjects
Classwork:
1. pp. 541 (1-10) ex. 7
2. Choose one of the short stories we read in class. Write a one-paragraph summary (7 sent.minimum) of the short story. Underline the subject and circle the verb in each sentence. Check to make sure your subjects and verbs agree.
3. Subj./Verb Agreement worksheet
Homework: Finish worksheet if not finished in class. Short Story sheets due tomorrow!!
